How it works
One run, four fields, one credit
Alembic does one thing: it reads your rough meeting notes once and returns a recap you could send without editing it. Here is exactly what goes in and what comes back.

Follow-up message
Hi Sarah, Thanks for the productive sync today. We confirmed the $18k budget approval for the Q3 brand refresh and agreed on the next milestones: moodboard explorations land Thursday, you will forward the typography licenses, and we regroup Monday at 10:00 AM. Best, Alex
What you give it
- Raw Meeting Notesrequired
- Whatever you actually typed during the call. Bullets, half sentences, a pasted transcript chunk — up to 10,000 characters.
- Tonerequired
- The register of the follow-up. Three fixed choices, nothing to configure.
- Client or Project Nameoptional
- Used in the recap and stored on the saved row so you can find it later.
- Meeting Dateoptional
- Stored with the recap and used in the message when you supply it.
What comes back
Always these four, always in this order, whichever tone you pick.
- 01Meeting titleThe short name the saved row is filed under.
- 02Suggested email subjectA ready-to-send subject line you can copy on its own.
- 03Action itemsDeliverables and next steps, one per line, owners kept where your notes named them.
- 04Follow-up messageThe complete note, formatted and ready to paste into your email client.
Where the line is
- It reads only the notes you paste. There is no upload, no calendar connection and no external research.
- It never invents a number, a promise or a deadline your notes do not imply.
- A run costs the same whether the notes are six lines or six hundred words.
After the run
The recap is saved to Saved Recaps with its title, client, tone and date, and keeps the full generated result for re-reading and copying. Your balance and the 1-credit rate are shown next to the run button before you spend anything.
